  3. Operate

    We run alongside your team. Some weeks that's strategy. Some weeks it's rewriting a job description at 9pm. Whatever gets the plan shipped.

    Our goal from day one is to work ourselves out of a job. When your team can run the system without us, we step back to advisory — or step out entirely.
